ACE Appoints Managing Director For Egypt Life Insurance Business
ACE has appointed Les Forrest as managing director of its Egypt life insurance business, which operates as ACE Life. He will be based in the Cairo. He joins from his previous role as vice president of agency training and development for ACE Life in Thailand.
He has over 25 years of experience in the life insurance business having worked in the UK, Hong Kong, Vietnam and India, for Prudential and AIG.
Budy Kubursi, managing director for Middle East and North Africa region of ACE Life, said: The MENA region is strategically significant for the future growth of ACE Life and Les’ appointment will help drive the growth of our business in Egypt. He will look at how to build on the multiple product lines we already offer from individual risk, savings and unit linked products to group life and medical.”
