Arthur J Gallagher & Co acquires Old Greenwich Consulting Group
Arthur J Gallagher & Co, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired New York-based Old Greenwich Consulting Group.
Old Greenwich Consulting Group provides employee benefit consulting and brokerage services, including life insurance and group benefits, for middle-market clients in the Eastern US.
The group specializes in the design, service and implementation of employee benefit programs.
Arthur J Gallagher said that Michael Johnson and his associates will continue to operate in New York City under the direction of David Ziegler, Gallagher's Employee Benefit Consulting and Brokerage Operations eastern regional executive vice president.
Arthur J Gallagher chairman, president and CEO Patrick Gallagher said that Old Greenwich Consulting Group will be a wonderful complement to the company's employee benefits team.
