Brown & Brown subsidiary acquires Crowe Paradis
A subsidiary of Brown & Brown has acquired substantially all the assets of Crowe Paradis Holding Company, and its two related entities.
Crowe Paradis, is a provider of social security and medicare advocacy services, and second injury fund recovery services. It offers a predictive data tool, Disability Logic, to assist its clients at each level of SSDI filing and appeals process.
Michael Crowe, Brett Albren, both principals of Crowe Paradis, and their staff will join Brown & Brown and continue to operate from their existing locations, headquartered in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
Brown & Brown regional executive vice president Sam Boone said that Michael and Brett have built an organization that shares the company’s core values of integrity, accountability and entrepreneurship.
