CNA appoints new assistant vice president of business development

CNA, a commercial insurance writer and a property and casualty company, has appointed Jerry Williams as the new assistant vice president of business development.

In his new role, Williams will be responsible to enhance the company's organizational sales discipline and competency, and efficient engagement with its producers.

Williams will be located in its Atlanta branch and will support its operations in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Williams began his career as a commercial field underwriter and served in different roles with several insurance organizations, most recently as regional vice president of business development for Harleysville Insurance.
