Crouse and Associates to acquire AmWins' Fresno office
Crouse and Associates Insurance Services has signed an agreement with AmWins Group to acquire AmWins’ Fresno office. Terms of agreement were not disclosed.
Crouse and Associates Insurance Services is an independent wholesale insurance broker, and specializes in E&S business, including casualty, environmental, property (DIC), transportation, professional and excess.
Patricia Kuckenbaker will head the Fresno operation for Crouse and Associates and her team will continue to service their inforce book of business.
AmWins Brokerage president James Drinkwater said that AmWins remains committed to Fresno market and its clients in the Valley; however, transaction with Crouse and Associates was an opportunity that would mutually benefit Patty and her team, Crouse and Associates, and the company.
