Delta Dental Appoints New VP For Contact Center
Delta Dental Insurance, Delta Dental of California and their affiliates have appointed Stephen Adamson as the new vice president of enterprise contact center, who will be responsible for call center activities supporting the companies’ nearly 25million enrollees.
Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Mr Adamson will also oversee call center operations in Pennsylvania and California.
Recently, Mr Adamson served as senior vice president of national operations and western region vice president at Meritain Health. His prior experience includes vice president of enterprise business operations at USAA and director of operations at Capital One, as well as 14 years with AT&T.
Delta Dental Insurance, Delta Dental of California and several other companies under common management provide dental benefits to the people in 15 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
