International Services Launches New Health Insurance Software

IBR Staff Writer Published 19 April 2010

International Services, an insurance brokerage specializing in temporary insurance, travel health insurance and international student health insurance, has launched a new software for comparing short term health insurance and temporary health insurance plans.

According to International Services, the new software which is available in its website, enables users to compare short term medical insurance quotes and plan features. The company's first version of the plan comparison software is limited to residents of Virginia, Texas and Colorado.

The company said that short term health insurance is ideal for recent graduates, people who have recently lost their jobs, those who have taken a new job that does not provide health insurance yet, or people who are currently on a COBRA plan. This insurance provides a temporary method of obtaining good protection during a period of transition.

Chiranth Nataraj, president and CEO of International Services, said: “We have applied our learning from other segments into eShortTermHealthInsurance.com; we have enabled our users to compare plans from various trusted carriers and select one that offers the most value for their money.”
