Longfellow Benefits Appoints Two Employee Benefits Professionals

Daniel Clancy as senior marketing consultant, Brittany Wells as senior consultant of employee benefits

Longfellow Benefits, a Boston-based employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm, has added Daniel Clancy as senior marketing consultant and Brittany Wells as senior consultant of employee benefits.

Mr Clancy focuses on marketing and new-business development. Previously, he worked in the executive search industry for many years at Gatti & Associates, Korn/Ferry International and other firms. He has also served as a human resources consultant in the healthcare field and as an accountant with the Massachusetts Hospital Association.

Mr Clancy is a member of the Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resources Association and New England Employee Benefits Council.

Ms Wells provides ongoing service to Longfellow Benefits' clients in the area of benefit-plan design, implementation, wellness and cost-containment.

She joined Longfellow after three years of service with CIGNA HealthCare, where she effectively designed and executed wellness strategies for a variety of clients, as well as overseeing several implementations of new benefits, facilitating mergers, and organising communication campaigns.
