In his new role, Mr Carpentier will be responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day operation of SSIS, and implementing an integrated strategy shaping SSIS into value-added resource for the company and its customers.

Mr Carpentier has joined SSIS from American National Insurance Company where he served as vice president of special markets for the credit insurance division in League City, Texas. He has 14 years of sales and operations management experience in the insurance and financial services industry.

Matt Morris, senior executive vice president of Stewart Title, said: “Stewart is committed to growing SSIS into an even greater resource for our affiliate offices and all of Stewart’s customers. The division will leverage current and new insurance carrier relationships to provide competitive pricing, quality coverage and exceptional services that will enhance the customer experience.”

SSIS offers a variety of insurance protection products including personal and commercial insurance, home warranties, hazard disclosures, and fidelity and surety bonds to Stewart affiliates, title agencies, and consumers.
